Twins give Nathan an extension.

The Minnesota Twins have re-signed closer Joe Nathan to a 4 year, $45 million extension starting this season (through 2011). The deal also has a club option for 2012. I don't know the price of the option, but it has a $2 million buy out. There will also be a limited no trade clause in the contract.
