Chris Perez has been called up by the St. Louis Cardinals. I believe Jason Isringhausen has been placed on the DL. I don't know the corresponding move for the 40 man roster - my guess is Chris Carpenter to the 60-day DL.
Part one of my plan is working...
EDIT: Josh Kinney has been transferred to the 60-day DL, not Carpenter.
